  2. Enter the external address and the amount.
  3. Submit the request. The market processes it, and the coins arrive at your external address.

What to know

  • Double-check the external address. A withdrawal to a wrong address is usually gone. There is no undo.
  • Processing takes time. A withdrawal that has not arrived yet is not the same as a failed one. Give it the stated window before you assume a problem.
  • Some markets hold a withdrawal briefly for review, especially for large amounts or new accounts. That is normal and is not the same as a freeze.
  • Escrow does not count as a withdrawable balance. Coins in an open order are not in your available balance until the order is complete.
