Shipping methods
Shipping on Nexus Market is set by each vendor. They offer one or more delivery methods, and the method you choose changes the time, the cost, and the risk. There is no single market-wide shipping system.
How to read a vendor's options
- Each method has a price and an estimated time. Read both. The cheapest method is not always the right one for what you are buying.
- Some methods are tracked, some are not. For a valuable order, the tracked option is usually worth the difference.
- Not every vendor ships everywhere, or by every method. If your option is not listed, it is not available from that vendor.
Match the method to the order
A low-value order can take the slow, cheap method. A high-value or time-sensitive order should use the faster, tracked one. The fee difference is small compared to the risk of a lost or delayed valuable order. And keep the whole order on the market, because escrow only covers what happens inside it. The sellers page covers reading a vendor before you commit.
