Logging in

Once the store has loaded, the login form is at the top of the page. You enter the username and password you created when you registered. There is no clearnet login and no email confirmation. The account lives on the market, and the market is only reachable through the three addresses above.

Things that help

• Use the same Tor Browser profile every time. Your session and cookies stay in that profile. Switching browsers, or clearing the profile data, logs you out.
• If you use two-factor authentication, the code comes from the authenticator app you set up. The market does not send it by email.
• After you log in, the address in the bar does not change in any way you need to remember. You are still on the same .onion.

When the credentials do not work

• Check for a leading or trailing space. Pasting from a chat app or a document sometimes adds one.
• Passwords are case sensitive. Read what you typed before you assume it is wrong.
• If the account has been idle for a long time, open it from a fresh profile and make sure the address loads before you start worrying about the password.
• The reset flow lives on the market itself. This site does not reset accounts and does not hold your credentials.

If you are not sure the address is one of the three, run the verification check first. A wrong address and a wrong password look the same from the outside: you are not in.
